Invisible (show as offline) status exclusions

Hey, I am facing the problem that my closest friend is always set to offline because he just doesn't want some people randomly messaging him, however, this also means that I can't see when he is online which is annoying for both of us as we sometimes don't know if the other person is online, especially if we're both on invisible. the solution to this would be to allow users to exclude certain people from the invisible status so that your friends can still see you online.
