Send notification when an authorized app joins a server for you

I think it would be a good idea for discord to send a notification when an authorized app joins a server on your behalf.

For example, it could say: “The app {{APP_NAME}} just joined server {{GUILD/SERVER_NAME}} for you”.
This could help users identify that an authorized app joined a server for them, as well as potentially reducing the amount of help requests where people are complaining about being added back to a server.
