New default pings
Hello! Love them or hate them, default pings such as @everyone and @here are pretty useful in may scenarios. There is a reason discord added them in the first place. But, there is still a few situations where pings with a similar functionality could come in useful. (It must be said that if these were to be added, they would also share the permission settings that the other two default pings have to avoid anger from server members).

@newcomers:
Have you noticed that every time an user joins a server nowadays, there's a plant by their name that shows they're new? Well, with this ping, you can notify all of the people of this kind to quickly achieve any goal you need to complete regarding them. -
@members:
Do you have a private channel in your server where only certain server members can speak? Sometimes, the need to communicate with them and only them arises but, if the member count is too big and not everybody has the same role, it becomes a hassle trying to ping every one of them. That's where @members comes to save the day by pinging only those people who are shown in the hosting channel's member list. -
@followers:
Threads and forum posts are great tools for any community server. They allow for a conversation to be isolated from the rest to be tackled more concretely. But, if the same situation as previously mentioned arises, you can use this ping to notify only those who are following the thread and not the entire channel's members. -
“here” suffix:
We can already ping everyone on our server, but there is an extra variant where we also ping everyone but only if they are online when the ping is sent. This is done by pinging with a different ping. This system is ok right now in that we have only one default ping but, if new default pings are added, they would also most likely require a “here” variant for them as well which would confuse people with all the names for every ping, To solve this, I propose we turn here into a suffix that comes after the name of the ping its delimitating. as an example, the @here of nowadays would become @everyonehere, but you would be able to do @membershere, @followershere, etc. as well.
