Even though the ticket I opened was marked as resolved, there is no response.
My Discord account was disabled because I made a joke about the age limit, so I opened a ticket, but even though it was marked as ticked resolved, no response was given and my problem was not resolved. I have all the requirements to have my account reopened but it won't open. What should I do?

Join the club. Discord seems to think it is okay to just leave us all in limbo. Even though we have submitted the photo they have asked for.

I was contacted by “Albacore” tonigiht, almost 8 days after my suspension and submission of my ticket with the necessary picture, and they finally reenabled my account. That was way too long, but they addressed it eventually.

I just dealt with the same thing, I opened 3 tickets, two by accident but the first two are now resolved by Albacore with my photo id etc, but I am still disabled on discord.
