Remove help message on tag completion list

When we try to tag when the window width is limited (vertical screen, minimal Discord width or on mobile), the help message on the right of the user/role name takes most of the place and make it hard to know who we tag unless using some tricks like the first letter of each word.
On one server I manage we have lot of roles that starts with the same word and we get that:

I think this help is not that useful and can be removed or at least be moved once before the 1st result so we can read the full role name.
