Add a backup feature for our camera roll once we give access

My phone was stolen recently and my photos and videos were unfortunately lost because I did not have enough icloud space. This inspired me to check if any apps may have my camera roll saved to my accounts. I figured since I have given this app access to my camera roll maybe it should keep it within my account unless I remove it, so no matter where I log in, as long as it is my account my photos and videos could be there since I gave permission. Please give it a thought.
