Please add Text to Speech TTS for chat history, and DMs

Accessibility request: Please add in-app options for text-to-speech (TTS) for chat channel history and DM history. Presently, TTS is only available for live chats, and not available to read chat history or DMs. This would be very helpful for the low-vision and blind to be able to use your products and services.
