Overlay still doesn't work with English, UK language setting.

As title…. Setting the language to English, UK will make the overlay to not work anymore (IMPORTANT: you need to restart the discord program to correctly reproduce this after changing the language!)

Despite I submitted the bug over 9 months ago, it is still ongoing.. maybe next time don't mark a workaround as “fixed” and don't close the bug report maybe?
