Unsolved tickets being marked as solved on a false account disabling.
Someone named nelly continues to mark my ticket as solved with no replies whatsoever whenever I try to update my age information. My account was falsely disabled for age and I have provided plenty of proof. I have sent my ID, a picture of my face (with a whole beard), my email associated with the account, username, etc. I bought nitro the day before this and have had this account for years. They just continue to mark my ticket as solved no matter how much information I give.

Does your ticket still get the status “open” when you reply to it or does it still appear as “solved”0 -
If I respond to it it says open yes. But I never got any sort of response from anyone. I've had this account since 2019 with no problems bro and the day after I pay for nitro this happens… it makes no sense.

Yeah i opened 1 yesterday and it was closed as solved and wasnt even replied to JOKE
