Account was Disabled and sent a ticket, Unable to make the ticket status "Open" by replying to it anymore.
Hello,
My account got disabled.
According to some tips/guides shared I have tried not to spam and send more than 1 ticket at the time but only use the first ticket and wait for it to get "solved" and that is the time where I will reply to make the status be set to “Open”. But now, I tried to reply to the two tickets I have, the first one does not get set to open even if I reply to it. The second one was also recently marked as Solved but replying to it does not “Open” it like it used too
Does anyone else having the same problem and what is even happening?
