Cooldown funktion

Dear Discord Team,

I am contacting you with a request regarding a cooldown function for Discord. This feature would be extremely useful and I would like to know more about how it could be implemented.

The cooldown function should be activated via a command as follows: {cooldown}(YEAR, MONTH, DAY, HOUR, MINUTE, SECOND).
An example would be: {cooldown}(2024, 03, 15, 19, 00, 00).

To minimize the server load, this function should only be active within a period of 7 days before and 7 days after the specified event. After that, "Date expired" would simply be displayed.
I am convinced that such a feature would benefit many Discord users and could increase the efficiency of the service. I would be very grateful if you could review my request and consider it if appropriate.
