Solved?
So I Opened a ticket a bunch of times (a bad idea but since this never happend before I didn't know what to do) I asked to update my age info and appeal my account being disabled. My age was updated I'm pretty sure but I'm still locked out of my account. I just submitted a ticket asking to appeal an action on my account. Hopefully now I will be able to get back in
