Read confirmations

Hello,

It would be immensely helpful to be able to see who has displayed a message/post. 

I know there's been debates about ‘its so great that discord does NOT have this feature’, so I suppose it can be optional, defaulted to disabled etc etc.

Still, for those communities which benefit from knowing ‘who has read a message’ it should be an option.
