My account have this scam message sent to friends and I don’t know how this happened today or got hacked

Hello I have a issue today this morning when I woke up and opened discord my account got this message sent to my friends which I did not send or other channels I joined have seen this. I have no clue why I have this message sent and did someone hack my discord account for no reason. I am 100% human and I did not intend to scam others.
