    Pretty sure this is already a feature and it emails you.

    I know ticket record is in their Help center and email also tells us but that's not enough and strangely not sure if there's a glitch or they just keep sending a auto message. 

    If that's the ticket system problem, then the system (maybe Zendesk) needs fixed
