Allow all stage speakers to share screen/game

As of right now, only one person can share their screen/game at a time in a stage channel. Please add the ability to allow all, one or specified users/roles to share their screen or game if they are a speaker.

I'm hosting a ttrpg event and it would be nice if all the speakers could share their perspectives for the audience.
