Hacked Account Case Going For 3 Months, Getting No Where, Need Help

I have had my account hacked for almost 3 months now and discord has not done a single thing. The hacked accounts department has to be one of the worst departments on the discord support team.

About 3 months ago, I have gotten a DM from a friend of mine asking me if I could help them out in this random RPG game and so I tried. They sent me a website to which it led me to this fake game and made me download a setup file. That setup file was fake, and has been made to take all of my browser info/logins. I was in a call while I was doing all that, got logged out, meaning he changed my password, turned my 2-Step off and turned 2-Step on his side on. I was very close to losing everything including my own e-mails and other personal stuff, but I managed to recover almost everything quick enough except my discord account.

To note (1): This friend of mine also got hacked, they never gave anyone a heads up even though they have had access to their social media, which I find a bit scummy but alright.

Almost 3 months and I have sent discord over 9 tickets, maybe even more and I'm not even getting an answer from the Hacked Accounts department. Mind you, in these past months, I have gotten 1 answer and that was not even from them. I managed to contact a person over at the 2FA department via the ticket system by the name of “Arthem”. I asked them a couple of questions and they thankfully answered my questions, I'm thankful to them for that.

To note (2): While I still had the rat on me, I logged into my other friend's alt and his alt also got hacked, pretty much the same way. He got his account maybe less than a week, .

Of course, with my account getting hacked, I had to make a new one. A hacked account case should not take this long, especially after the hacker has done far more to my account since then. I would of course, still want my account back.

I recently made a new ticket and wrote an entire paragraph about how my account got hacked including proof to which discord can probably see for themselves and won't acknowledge.

Is there anything I can even do at this point? Is it even worth trying to get my account back? Should I just delete it?

I'm going on two months with the same issue from the same hack. People say don't spam tickets so I sit patiently, but what do you do when they just don't look at your issue for over a month?

I been hacked since Jan 22 and I have the same issue. I wonder how some people got their hacked account back
