can i make another (hopefully temporary) account while waiting for a response on my appeal?

I got my account disabled today for being underage. (I'm almost 19 years old.) i sent a photo of me with ID and username, nothing so far. I am seriously so beyond stressed, i have passwords saved on a private server with just me in it and cannot lose it, and JUST bought nitro. Anyways though, will it just cause more trouble if I make an alt in the process of this so I can just keep in touch with some friends? And is there anyway I can contact a real person directly about this? I need my account.
