Curious about discord support

I've been assigned to the same person 4 times, they hit solve and my account would still remain suspended for hours on end, until I make another one, the same thing happens, they hit “solve” without actually doing anything, and im worried because I got false reported for being underage, despite the fact that I sent my ID and a selfie with my discord username and email

  This might be a problem with the person, and not with you.

  Keep being persistent? Hopefully you get someone actually helpful.
