Mobile Layout Changes

I initially sent this as an email, but am posting it here too:

I applaud the willingness to try new layouts in the mobile app, but it feels like some of the best ideas have been throw to the wayside.
I was a huge fan of the column layout being abolished in favour of the server dock, having the servers closer to the bottom of the screen where my thumb is makes for a much better experience. I used it for as long as I could when I found out how to access it via ✨, but I'm bummed that it's not around anymore.
For a while that being removed was fine, since there was one holdout - the DMs tab. As someone who uses DMs quite frequently it was very helpful having DMs in a dedicated tab at the bottom of the screen, rather than at the very top (I know that holding 'Home' will select the DMs screen but it's a bit of a clunky interaction).
With both the server drawer and the DMs tab gone, I'm a bit disheartened. It would be nice if there was the option to choose which layout we wanted, but as a software engineer myself I know that's quite a big ask. Hopefully some of those patterns come back (the LaunchPad is interesting but not as convenient as the DMs tab).
Not sure how likely this feedback is to be taken under consideration but if the DMs tab comes back (even as an optional feature) I'll be happy, and I'd be immensely grateful if the server dock returned.

Exactly! I like where they are on desktop *for desktop* but for mobile, it was super convenient having that button there, and as someone who hates using the notifications button, I feel it hogs that space even more.

Please let us have the 💬 DMs button in the middle, or let us have the choice of what buttons show up there. Thanks.
