Revert back to the old discord UI feature

Discord is considering returning to its old UI. To address user concerns, a new feature called "New Layout" could be introduced in the Appearance tab. This would help prevent complaints, particularly on mobile devices where issues such as slow channel loading and message scrolling are common. Additionally, adding a "Revert Back To Old UI" button in the Old UI section of the appearance tab could further enhance user experience.
