Why's Discord support marking my tickets as solved if I was about to verify my age?
So, more than a few days ago, I submitted more tickets to Discord support to verify my age and if I could be in here, but suddenly, Nelly marked these tickets as solved and Discord support, too. I don't know what happened to this shit marking my tickets as solved. I was going to verify my age if it's true to be on Discord. I thought photos on my iPad could be helpful to verify my age on Discord support. Still, there's a problem that Nelly and the others marked my tickets as solved. Unfortunately, so what should I do now, or how do I take a photo with any other device to take a picture of me holding the birth certificate and the piece of paper that contains my discord username and send it to discord support?

The same thing is happening to me! It goes to this person “Nelly” who just marks them as solved.
