Guilds tag NSFW

I had written a general question to Discord, about whether a Guild could be tagged with something that is NSFW, and they told me that currently it could not be done, so I suggested to them, if an option that is NSFW could be added. When creating a guild, you can make it NSFW, and that people who do not want to see those Guilds will not appear unless they have that option enabled
