Problem still not solved even tho i submitted a ticket
Hey,
I just wanted to know if it’s normal to wait over a month for discord support to reply to a ticket? My account has been wrongfully banned for apparently breaking the minimum age requirement of discord (I am 16). In my ticket I explained my situation, explained why I need my account back asap and showed all the proof I need to get it back ( pic of me with my ID and my username), but still not even a single reply. It doesn’t even look like my ticket was even given an employee yet. I understand that the support team is rather small and they have a lot of cases to go through, but it can’t take such large company with so many resources over a month to ghost one of their users.

Sadly it can, and usually does, take them a while to get back to any tickets. I’d suggest making a comment on the original ticket if you’d like to, but i’ll tell you from personal experience, just waiting it out is all you can do.
