I tried to follow others' advice and appeal by adjusting my age to try to get unbanned, but they didn't even look at it before closing it quickly.
Before proceeding, if my question is too stupid for you to handle, I apologize. The "CONFIRM: My account was NOT disabled for being too young to use Discord." with a "No" next to it should mean that my account was banned because I am underage, right? As a non-native English speaker, coupled with the fact that Discord has not disclosed the reason for my ban and has been using bots for cold responses, I am at a loss.
Seeing that many others have had similar experiences in the community is quite surprising. I miss the old Discord customer service, which, although not always thorough, would at least address issues based on the problem.
