Account disabled for age, but Im an adult

Recently, my account was blocked, the reason is that I am younger than 13, this is not true, I am 14. I sent an appeal and after 5 days I still didn't get a reply to the email, I sent a video where my face was clearly visible, documents, in fact there is a lot of important things on my account, I would not like to lose it, on him all my life!     I got  an automated response after an week saying that the ban was justified and never explained why
