discord hasn't responded to my ticket to ask bout my invalid phone number

ok recently i had issues with my account that needed discords help to fix they did but deleted my phone from my account now i need them to reverify my phone number but everytime i tried to verify my phone the SMS message doesn't get send after like 2 hours i tried again then got an invalidphone number error and now it's been like 3 days since i've send out my ticket involving this mess
