I need a refund on discord nitro but ive had a previous refund

I accidently bought a yearly discord nitro subscription about 15 minutes ago. i realised and opened a refund ticket to discord and they cant give me a refund, ive just wasted $99.99 which is almost all of the money i have as of right now and my mums birthday is next week. i really need a refund but cant get one, can anyone help ?

    File a charge back with your bank. Please note that doing this will result in your Discord account being terminated, but since they refused to give you your money back this is your only course of action left
