I was hacked and my account was closed by the attacker.
A few days ago, I unfortunately opened a virus file on my computer and my discord account fell into the hands of an attacker.
I contacted support and recovered my account, which was attacked by many discord violations until I got my account back, and it was blocked within 5-10 minutes due to community rule violations.
I forwarded the situation to support again and they keep sending me automated messages.
Yes, it is my responsibility to ensure the security of my account, but I do not want to be permanently banned for something I did not do, at least a 1-2 week ban would be fair.
Is there anything I can do about this?

A similar situation has happened to me, and unfortunately throughout all my tickets none of them has had a response from a real human. The chances of you getting a response from a staff member is very slim, let alone getting your account back. Wish you luck.

You're not alone and I fall into a similar situation too. I wonder if there's someone who even got their account back for real or at least a response from actual staff. Because from all the posts I read here it's apparently a rarity. Mine being marked as solved after few hours and if I reopen it, it's marked as solved again, without any response…
