Why does Discord pay no attention to my reports? I have been waiting for a refund for 6 days now, but Discord still haven't confirmed my request. Is the time of customers worthless for Discord Team?

On the other hand, I never accepted this nitro purchase, I had no active nitro subscription in my account and no invoice, but they just decided to charge me $9.85 for a nitro subscription that I didn't ask for and didn't receive.
