Limit server GIF/IMG posting

I think it would be really nice to have the option to limit how many gifs/images that are sent in a row in a server chat. Sometimes people will send like 10 gifs and images in a row and it kinda drowns out everything else. Just a suggestion but I think it would be a nice feature.
