Add DM Option: Allow Messages from Users with Mutual Friends (No Server or Direct Friendship Required)

Please add a privacy setting that allows users to receive direct messages from anyone who shares at least one mutual friend, even if we're not in the same server and haven't friended each other directly.

This would create a trust-aware messaging layer that's more flexible than "friends only" and safer than

"everyone." It enables warm introductions and social expansion while reducing cold exposure and spam Suggested toggle:

"Allow DMs from users with at least one mutual friend"
