See Cam of Partner ingame or move it freely on the monitor at topmost

I would like to see my Discord Partner ingame on the cool overlay. I really love it, it looks so good. I only need the cam function to work ingame (so that i can see my partner).

And good would be, if i can unfix the cam off of discord and move it freely around my monitor, so if im at youtube or lets say chatting in facebook or any social media platform, i can still see my partner at a corner of my monitor. Resizing it freely would be cool too. The cam should be top most in this case. But it would be cool to, if i can decide, if i pin it at topmost or not.
