Plz let server owners ban people from DMing other members

In my server I have a role for people who deserve to have their chat restricted, in retaliation they send dick pics to women on the server. Can you add a feature that would allow me to block them from doing this? I currently have them banned but receiving backlash for kicking people too often. Plz give server owners more power to keep the trouble makers in line.
