Ability to lock channel when streaming.

Hello

I was wondering if there was possible to implement a function where the streamer would be able to lock certain channels once streamer mode is active.
I'm on a few discord servers where you can promote your stream in a channel.. Except when the owner is streaming.
But would be really nice to have a feature to lock the channels down easily, without having to do it manually.
