Add an @ group option

Currently you can @ individuales, you can @ roles, and you can @everyone/@here. I think it would be cool if under the roles settings there was a spot where you can create your own @ and add different roles to it. That way rather than having to @ a bunch of roles separately you can @ multiple roles with one @.
