Rich Presence API - Allow apps without integration support to achieve similar results.

The Spotify rich presence displays custom art and a progress bar. It would be greatly appreciated if these features could be available for apps that do not have "integration".

Displaying images should be easier to do as it is more or less the same as what rich embeds can do.

Progress bars might be harder but should still be feasible without requiring official integration.
