Make Discord Partnership more accessible
i mean you need 40k subs to have it and not everyone has 40k subs (like me i only have 1,4k) so another partnership with another perks would be nice like it just gives you the badge but not the ffeatures like animated avatar + custom emotes etc etc.

required following for partnerships is as high as it is to keep partnerships somewhat exclusive, there's already ~2000 partners iirc, opening it up to anyone with a few k subs wouldn't do the program any good, it would just turn into a clout badge 1
