/tts is not working

I will post this here as well. I have done everything I can to fix this issue, but after a recent update i cannot use /tts to to text-to-speech on discord on my computer. I have restarted the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked all app settings, and all computer settings but I cannot get any text-to-speech from my end or from my friends. Is there any fix to this issue?

apparently there is an issue with the Jan 15 update, and they are "working on it"
