Ability to change default notification type for text channels as admin.

Consider following example:

You have a chat channel and a channel for controlling music bots. As an admin you don't want your users to get same level of notifications for both of them as default. You would like sound notification and overlay notification for chat channel and no notification from music bot channel.

Yes, currently users can individually mute and change notification type. But I would like the a feature where as an admin you can set default notification type for different text channels, and users can change their personal notification type as they wish.
