The 'message couldn't be delivered' message is more specific

Currently, if your message fails to send it will most often give you this reponse: "Your message could not be delivered because you don't share a server with the recipient or you disabled direct messages on your shared server, recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends, or you were blocked by the recipient.". It'd be nice if it actually displayed the single/the most likely reason why it couldn't send, as it will prevent a lot of confusion.
