Grey out permissions when "Administrator" is enabled

Make it so when you enable the "Administrator" super-permission it greys out all the other permissions like on the developer panel.

    Personally, I've always felt that this is more of a bug on the Developer Portal - I'm never comfortable with granting a Bot the Administrator permission myself and would much more comfortable being able to have proper control of permissions at all times.

    It's like that because Administrator gives all permissions, if you don't want to give a bot administrator just manually give them all permissions.
