GIF function deletes message when posting (PC)

-I was writing a long message, something interesting of course and i tried to add a Gif.
-Then i pressed the gif i wanted.
-The link to the Gif replaced the entire message.
-The message atomatically was sent with only the Gif.
-Can't go back :'c
