Custom server quotes that could be edited by the server owner or one given premission to by the server owner so it would fit to the theme/topic better than the usual general ones

  There's bots that can do that. I think Mee6 has a custom *join message thing* option.

  Or let the admin setup a 40 lines message to welcome  each new member !
