Group notifications by server/channel

It would be great to have grouped notifications on iOS + Android by the server (and perhaps channel) that the messages are from so it's easier to get the context of the conversation when reading the push notifications.

    It would also cut down on the sheer volume of notifications that you can tend to get on active servers. As a use-case example, I'm part of several active servers with several active channels each, and I can't deal with the 20 or so notifications that show up every couple of minutes. Usually causes me to mute the server entirely and then forget about the app.
