Omfg I can't even video chat

I used to be able to simply video chat, but now when i try, it says i have too poor of a connection. This is 100% the worst update I've seen on anything. It does nothing but make people not be able to face chat with bad internet. I know it may help people lag less, but like, you should be able to at least turn it on or off. Like, this is one of the worst ideas ever.
