Category Pages

Allow users to create and sort pagination of a server according to what categories they wish to see. The first page could have pinned favourites as determined by user (with an optional mandatory rules channel/category set to top of first page), and users could select an option to auto-sort pages by most-viewed, as well as a pop-up chosen from the server name's drop-down to manually select categories.
