Introduce Network ID system for larger servers
I'm on a good amount of larger servers and I help with moderation on some of them, and a frequent issue we always run into is alternate accounts of people who were banned/kicked.
As discord does have a static User ID Function, I believe there should be a Network ID function for server moderators/staff. And by network ID I dont mean showing the IP address, as that is very private, and only visible on the back end. But discord could technically mask an IP address and assign each a unique network ID that would be visible to moderators, and it would create a list of accounts on the server that have another account on the same network ID automatically, this would help so much with trying to track and watch out for alternate accounts and ban evasions

It doesn't help, since the "Network ID" would also change when the target is using a proxy/vpn and maybe ban the wrong accounts because someone shares the "Network ID". 0
