ボイスチャット繋がらない

ボイスチャットが繋がりません（聞くこともできない+接続できないので、喋ることもできない）

繋ごうとしたら「ルートがありません」とでます
マイク・スピーカーの接続や音声の設定は問題ないです


どうすればいいでしょうか？
