Massive Connectivity Issues

My friends and my server have been having massive connectivity issues the last few months. This results in anything from a bit of robotic voice to multiple hours of not being able to talk on Discord. It's gotten to the point where we're considering using other voice options, but we really don't want to switch from Discord.
It's a pain in the butt, when we're playing something that requires communication, and it would be nice to know if you're looking into these issues. Server's hosted from on Amsterdam/Western EU, and most of the users live in Norway.
Edit: I know this is mostly used for suggestions, but I figured there might be others having the same issues, and a direct ticket wouldn't be open for public feedback.
